Gregory A. Flamme, Ph.D.Dr. Flamme's research focuses on hearing loss as a public health problem, including studies of hearing impairment prevalence and risk factors, hearing loss prevention, and hearing aid benefit.  He holds a Doctorate in audiology from The University of Memphis and did postdoctoral study in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at The University of Iowa.  He teaches graduate-level courses in hearing loss prevention, psychoacoustics, instrumentation, hearing aids, and audiology practice management.  During his free time, Greg enjoys spending time reading and wandering around the woods of northern Michigan, though rarely at the same time.
