Becky is an ALD specialist who has helped professionals use and choose hearing assistive technology for over 16 years. She has performed over 1000 communication assessments that outline communication barriers and potential solutions to help employees perform to their potential with the use of hearing aids and ALDs. She compiled these experiences into her book, "On the Job with Hearing Loss: Hidden Challenges, Successful Solutions" as well as many published articles. She is also an international workshop presenter. Becky's teenagers keep life interesting and to reduce stress, she reads and putters in the garden.
