Dr. Downs has a passion for helping people achieve their best hearing through appropriate hearing aid fittings and communication coaching. She also specializes in tinnitus treatment. She has training and experience with TRT, Neuromonics, and counseling. Dr. Downs is currently an associate audiologist in a private practice and is in transition to becoming an owner. Her educational background includes an MS in Audiology from Idaho State University and an Au.D. from Salus University (formerly PCO). In her spare time she enjoys biking along the North Shore of Lake Superior with her family.
