Today is Earth Day and hearing aid wearers may not realize it but there are a few simple steps they can take to reduce the carbon footprint on Earth.  Going green isn't always about making major changes in your lifestyle; in fact some of the most impactful changes we can make are the small ones.

One example is for hearing aid wearers to buy hearing aid batteries in bulk packaging. Not only will you save money but you will reduce the amount of packaging being thrown into the landfill. The shelf life of hearing aid batteries is quite long so you won't need to worry about them expiring. And if you are, split them with a friend.
