The 2026 Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) Convention is quickly approaching! The Hearing Industries Association (HIA) is excited to connect again with attendees from across the country who are passionate about hearing health, accessibility, and innovation at the upcoming convention in Louisville, Kentucky on June 10-12. With an expo hall free and open to the public, this is a great opportunity to explore hearing health resources that could help you reconnect to your environment.
If you’ll be attending, be sure to visit the HIA booth where we’ll be exhibiting educational and awareness materials from our Hear Well campaign, including tools and resources designed to help people better understand hearing loss, hearing technology, and how treatment through a licensed hearing care professional can improve quality of life. And don’t miss the General Session at 9:30-11:00AM on Thursday, June 11, which will feature HIA member company experts discussing all things technology and hearing health on the “Inside Hearing Innovation: Insights with the Experts Shaping Your Sound” panel.
If you can’t make it this year, information and resources can be accessed here and we encourage you to download and share the messages on social media.
As the nation’s leading consumer organization representing people with, and at risk of, hearing loss, HLAA helps individuals connect with educational resources, peer support, treatment information, and local communities that understand the hearing health journey. Through national advocacy efforts, local chapter meetings, educational workshops, and annual events like the convention, HLAA empowers people to live confidently and stay connected.
Ways to Get Involved with HLAA
One of the most impactful ways HLAA brings people together is through its nationwide Walk4Hearing events, which raise awareness and funds to support hearing health programs, outreach, and education in communities around the country. These walks create opportunities for people with hearing loss, family members, friends, hearing care professionals, and advocates to connect and celebrate hearing health together. We look forward to seeing many of you in Louisville this June and continuing the conversation around hearing health, connection, and community.
